What data we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry from you).
Calendly bookings
When you book a discovery call through our Calendly embed, your data is collected and processed by Calendly, Inc. We receive your name, email address, and the details of the booking. We use this to prepare for and conduct the call.

Website analytics
We use Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records anonymised data such as page views, referrer URLs, and general device type. No data is shared with third parties.

Google OAuth (admin only)
The blog admin area is protected by Google OAuth via NextAuth.js. This is used exclusively by the website owner to log in to the admin panel. No visitor or client data is processed through this mechanism.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Calendly booking data: Retained according to Calendly's own retention policy. We do not store Calendly data independently beyond what appears in our email correspondence.
Analytics data: Anonymised aggregate data retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We share data only with the following third-party services, strictly to the extent necessary to operate this website:

Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The analytics tool we use (Umami) is cookieless by design. We may set a single session cookie strictly necessary for the functioning of the admin area. This cookie contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.
Data security
Contact form submissions are stored in an encrypted SQLite database on a VPS server located in the EU. Access to this server is restricted to the website owner. All pages of this website are served over HTTPS.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
