What data we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry from you).
Cal.com bookings
When you book a discovery call through our Cal.com booking page, your data is collected and processed by Cal.com, Inc. We receive your name, email address, and the details of the booking. We use this to prepare for and conduct the call.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (fulfilling a service request you initiated).
Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (through Firebase, provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure how the website is used: pages viewed, the page you came from, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and interactions such as clicks on our call-to-action buttons. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the website, never for advertising, and Google Signals and advertising features are turned off.
With the same consent we also use Contentsquare (formerly Hotjar, provided by Contentsquare SAS, France) to understand how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as heatmaps and as session replays of individual visits. What you type into form fields is not recorded. Contentsquare does not tell us who you are; a visit is tied only to a random identifier.
Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set until you give your consent. You can withdraw it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; the analytics cookies are then deleted and measurement stops.
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Google OAuth (admin only)
The blog admin area is protected by Google OAuth via NextAuth.js. This is used exclusively by the website owner to log in to the admin panel. No visitor or client data is processed through this mechanism.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Cal.com booking data: Retained according to Cal.com's own retention policy. We do not store Cal.com data independently beyond what appears in our email correspondence.
Analytics data: Event-level data in Google Analytics is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months, then deleted automatically. Aggregate reports that cannot identify anyone may be kept longer. Contentsquare data (including session replays) is kept for 13 months, then deleted automatically.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data security
Contact form submissions are stored in an encrypted SQLite database on a VPS server located in the EU. Access to this server is restricted to the website owner. All pages of this website are served over HTTPS.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
