Who automates your business

Andrei and Cristian. Over 10 years in software development, now building automations for businesses. The goal is simple: give the hours lost to repetitive tasks back to the owners who know what to do with them.

Andrei Vancea

Co-founder, implementation

Andrei is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience. He has worked with clients from all over the world on mobile applications and full-stack systems that millions of people use every day.

At NTS AI Systems he brings that experience to Romanian small and medium businesses. He owns delivery: he looks at how a company works, finds the steps that eat the team's time, then plans and builds the automations that take them over.

What drives him is seeing an entrepreneur and their team get their hours back and put them into the work that actually grows the business. Every automation is measured by the time and money it saves.

Cristian Ionesi

Co-founder, education

Cristian worked for over 10 years as a senior Java developer and contractor, helping companies in telecom, banking and healthcare build scalable, high-performance backend systems for clients all over the world.

Today he is building a fast-growing AI and automation community in Romania, where he teaches everything we do at NTS AI Systems: the AI tools, the automations and the news worth keeping up with. Members learn how the systems work, not just that they exist.

At NTS he does both education and implementation. His focus is making sure the people who use an automation understand it, because a team that understands its tools keeps using them long after we hand them over.

What we stand by
